UI Design
Insider Trading - Great Gatsby Inspired course
As a designer, I navigate a diverse range of projects, from conventional eLearning to imaginative narratives such as 'Insider Trading.' This particular project was an immersive 1920s Great Gatsby-inspired course on Insider Trading, strategically chosen to address key challenges presented by the client. The previous mandatory learning modules had earned a reputation for being lackluster and uninspiring, resulting in low engagement from employees.
This solution employed a compelling storytelling arc, sophisticated animations, and immersive audio to captivate users throughout the entire learning experience. The positive reception from the company's employees was resounding, paving the way for ongoing collaboration on future compliance courses with the client. My role in this project entailed designing the UI with a 1920s aesthetic and storyboarding the animations that brought the course to life.

Big Data City
The client sought an innovative approach to emphasize the practical value of digital and data analytics within the context of Personnel and Organization (P&O). Our challenge was to transform a traditionally dense and exclusive subject into an appealing and engaging experience for a diverse global audience with varied levels of expertise.

To address this, we worked on the concept of a 'Data City' – a visually striking digital landscape inspired by circuitry, designed to captivate learners and encourage exploration. The city featured animated teasers strategically placed to entertain users, while a digital diary allowed them to record reflective notes throughout the course. To inject an element of whimsy, I incorporated playful design elements, such as a car navigating through the Data City. This thematic journey included a visual progress indicator, making stops at cinemas, coffee shops, and stop signs depending on the screen type, be it a question, end of a topic, or video screen.

Incident Management
The design of this course is crafted as a dynamic cybercrime drama, strategically designed to underscore a proactive response to the escalating threat of cybercrime. Specifically tailored for a senior audience, the objective was to cultivate practical and transferable skills essential for effectively addressing cyberattacks.

Employing gamified learning, the course guides users through an immersive storyline enriched with animations that complement the presented scenarios. To enhance personalization, we integrated a role filter, ensuring the content is finely tuned to the unique responsibilities of each individual user and focusing questions on their specific role.

Responsive HR Website
The HR Academy web portal, tailored for a French company, serves as a dynamic platform empowering employees to personalize their learning experience and discover various growth opportunities.

Upon customization of their learning journey, users can seamlessly generate a document summarizing their customized learning plan for further discussion with their managers. The portal incorporates a visually appealing design to enhance user experience. Additionally, the platform operates on a points system, motivating learners to earn specific badges through engaging interactions, ensuring eligibility for participation in various programs.

IFPMA Code of Practice
In this project, our task was to enhance the Code of Practice eLearning for IFPMA's global audience. The objective was to ensure accessibility for users worldwide, incorporating a quiz feature to allow learners to gauge their proficiency.
Collaborating with the team, we developed a scenario-based learning solution tailored to the diverse needs of our audience. This approach utilized rich animations, interactive exercises, and realistic scenarios to reinforce and evaluate users' comprehension of key concepts and their aptitude for making value-based decisions. The course empowered users to take control of their learning experience, incorporating a subtle touch of gamification to enhance engagement and provide continuous feedback on their progress.

My responsibilities included collaborating with other designers to craft the UI and produce assets that seamlessly integrated throughout the course.
